The service is provided by Isa Dagestani through the bot @voicetranslatorrbot and the app https://voicetranslator.halal.tools. Using the service means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
The service accepts a voice message, recognises the speech, translates the text into the chosen language and returns the result as a voice message.
It is delivered automatically and is considered rendered at the moment the translation is delivered.
Maximum length of a single recording is 10 minutes.
One minute of recording is the unit of charge. The actual length of processed recordings is deducted.
New users get a free trial amount.
Packages and prices are listed under "Top up minutes". Purchased minutes do not expire: they stay on the account until they are used.
Payment is accepted via Telegram Stars, FreeKassa (cards and SBP), Tribute, Cryptomus. Card details are never passed to the service.
Minutes are credited automatically once payment is confirmed. If a payment succeeded but minutes were not credited within an hour, write to @isa_dagestani and they will be credited manually.
Unused minutes are refunded on request within 14 days of payment.
Spent minutes are not refunded: the service for them has been delivered.
If a translation was not delivered because of a failure, the minutes return automatically and are not charged.
To request a refund write to @isa_dagestani with the date and payment method. Review takes up to 10 business days. Crediting time depends on the payment system and the bank.
One account is for one person.
Recordings obtained unlawfully must not be processed, and voice copies of other people must not be created without their consent.
The "my voice" feature is on by default, can be switched off at any time and is used only to voice that user's own translations. The voice is built from recordings the user sent themselves: forwarded recordings of other people are never used for it.
Machine translation and speech synthesis make mistakes. The service does not guarantee accuracy and is not intended for cases where an error is costly: medicine, law, contracts, financial instructions.
The service is not liable for failures of Telegram, of recognition and synthesis contractors, or for network problems. If the service is not delivered, minutes are returned.
Liability is limited to the price of paid and unused minutes.
The current version is at https://voicetranslator.halal.tools/legal/terms and via /terms in the bot. Changes take effect on publication.
Data can be deleted at any time with /delete_me. Unused minutes are then forfeited. Payment records are kept for accounting.
